Suede Registry operates as a decentralized protocol. We collect minimal personal information:

• Wallet addresses used to interact with the protocol
• On-chain transaction data (publicly available by nature)
• Metadata submitted during IP registration (titles, descriptions, media hashes)
• Optional profile information you choose to provide
• Farcaster identity data when authenticating via Farcaster

2. How We Use Information

Information is used solely to operate the registry, display IP assets, manage licensing relationships, and facilitate royalty distribution. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. On-Chain Data

All IP registrations, licenses, and royalty transactions are recorded on the Avalanche blockchain. This data is public and immutable by design. We cannot delete, modify, or restrict access to on-chain records.

4. Data Storage

Off-chain metadata and media files are stored using IPFS and Pinata for decentralized persistence. We maintain a backend index for search and display purposes. You may request removal of off-chain data by contacting us.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to understand usage patterns. No third-party tracking cookies are deployed. Essential cookies may be used for session management.

6. Your Rights
